New Zealand

We deliver your items with Vertical Logistics.
Standard shipping is $8.50 (incl GST)
Rural delivery is $12 (incl GST)

Shipping is free within New Zealand for all orders over $120 and Australia for orders over $200.

We aim to deliver your NZ order within 1-2 working days from dispatch, unless to a rural address or to the South Island.

Orders are dispatched during work hours Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on next working day.

Australia

We deliver to Australia using NZ Post. Shipping cost is calculated at check out. The prices listed below give an approximation of shipping costs, all packages are tracked. Please no PO Boxes.

International - outside of NZ and Australia

We are happy to ship to most other countries. Please email us at hello@izzyandjean.co.nz for a shipping quote.

You are responsible for your country's duties and taxes applied on imported items.

RETURNS

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy.

If your item is damaged, defective or you have simply changed your mind, you can return the item to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

If you would like to return something, please email us at hello@izzyandjean.co.nz and we will let you know the address for returns.

Delivery charges are not refundable unless the goods are faultyIn the case of goods that are defective or damaged, we will refund the cost of returning the goods to us. 

We do accept international returns; however we are unable to refund the cost of returning the goods to us.

We may not always be able to replace your item. In this case we reserve the right to issue you a refund.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a tracked shipping service because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
