PRICES AND CURRENCY
Izzy and Jean Co is a New Zealand company, and all prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Prices are inclusive of 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Orders will be processed in New Zealand dollars, and we do not accept other currencies.
We endeavour to give our customers the best retail prices we can, taking into account all of the costs we incur in bringing goods into New Zealand. In doing so, we reserve the right to change the prices of goods on the website from time to time, without notice.

We accept payment by Credit Card, Direct Deposit and Paypal.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed via the secure DPS payment gateway.

Izzy and Jean Co does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by DPS. DPS have bank grade security. You are responsible for your country's customs and taxes applied on imported items.
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy!
If your item is damaged, defective or you have simply changed your mind, you can return the item to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the case of goods that are defective or damaged, we will refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
We do accept international returns, however we are unable to refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
Because some of our stock is only produced in small quantities, we may not always be able to replace your item. In this case we reserve the right to issue you a refund.

Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a tracked shipping service because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any information we collect about you will only be used in the fulfilment of any order placed with us or to communicate marketing material to you, if you have agreed to that. While we may securely store your customer details, we do not sell, trade or share this information with unrelated third parties unless required to by law. When you place an order we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions. No credit card details are kept by Izzy and Jean Co after a purchase has been completed.
