Terms and Conditions



The placement of an order implied full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as stated hereon and implied.


Izzy and Jean Co is a New Zealand company, and all prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Prices are inclusive of 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Orders will be processed in New Zealand dollars, and we do not accept other currencies.

We endeavour to give our customers the best retail prices we can, taking into account all of the costs we incur in bringing goods into New Zealand. In doing so, we reserve the right to change the prices of goods on the website from time to time, without notice.


We accept payment by Credit Card, Direct Deposit and Paypal.

Credit Card

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed via the secure Shopify Payments service. 

Shopify uses Stripe New Zealand Ltd for the processing and settlement of transactions.

Please use your order number as a reference when using direct deposit. Please email us at info@izzyandjean.co.nz to confirm your payment. We will dispatch your order when the payment appears in our account.



We deliver your items using TOLL.

We endeavour to deliver your order within 1-2 working days from dispatch, except:

  • deliveries to rural addresses
  • deliveries to the South Island


We can deliver internationally. Please email us at info@izzyandjean.co.nz for a shipping quote.

You are responsible for your country's customs and taxes applied on imported items.


It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy!

If your item is damaged, defective or you have simply changed your mind, you can return the item to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be accompanied by your proof of purchase.

If you would like to return something, please email us at hello@izzyandjean.co.nz and we will let you know the address for returns.


In the case of goods that are defective or damaged, we will refund the cost of returning the goods to us.

We do accept international returns, however we are unable to refund the cost of returning the goods to us.

We may not always be able to replace your item. In this case we reserve the right to issue you a refund.

For damaged items, please send us an email as soon as possible so that we can notify our courier company. Our email address is hello@izzyandjean.co.nz.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a tracked shipping service because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Izzy and Jean Co is committed to protecting the confidentiality, security and privacy of your information. Any information we collect about you will only be used in the fulfilment of any order placed with us or to communicate marketing material to you, if you have agreed to that. While we may securely store your customer details, we do not sell, trade or share this information with unrelated third parties unless required to by law. When you place an order we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions. No credit card details are kept by Izzy and Jean Co after a purchase has been completed.
