The sauna cage hats are designed to protect your head and hair from extreme heat inside the sauna. It does this by regulating your body temperature, keeping your head cool, while allowing your body to sweat naturally and detox. Because hot air rises, your scalp is exposed to the highest temperatures in the sauna. By trapping the layer of cooler air and shielding your head from direct heat, the hat prevents your head from overheating, allowing you to relax and stay in the heat longer.

The sauna cage hat is imported from the Ukraine. It has a much thicker wool and comes with large, trimmed stitching. It comes in either white with gold stitching or dark grey with red stitching.
